May 15, 2022 - Tory Saks and I will be hosting Mini Reiki Sessions at our new space! This is perfect if you’ve ever wanted to try Reiki or just need a boost after the Mother’s Day weekend and want to treat yourself to some self-care. There will be tea and light snacks. Parking is located in the back of the building or you can park on the street.
Every Tuesday night in May, Joseph Maul will be hosting a meditation at 6:30 pm at our space on Cole Ave. To reserve your spot you will need to pay Joseph Maul through his Venmo @JosephMaul. This is a 1 hr. meditation class with a 30 minute meditation and group share before and after the meditation. You won’t want to miss this! Reserve your spot now!
Yvonne is excited to announce that Kristin Goss will be teaching a Yoga Nidra class on Monday, May 23rd at 6:30 pm at Yvonne’s space on Cole Ave. Space is limited, don’t forget to reach out to Kristin to reserve your spot on Venmo @Kristin-Goss (Kristin Goss Dogma Soul). Each Yoga Nidra class will be $20.

This month I’m featuring Megan Stamy, who has been going to Yvonne for over 4 years for Reiki and went through Yvonne’s Reiki Training.
Here’s what Megan had to say about going through Yvonne’s Reiki Training “when Yvonne offered the Reiki certificate program, I immediately signed up! It has truly transformed my life and was an amazing experience. I’ve been more in tune with the universe’s energy and manifesting things I’ve always wanted to do but held back from doing. I started doing art again after 20 years and I had the most incredible trip to San Miguel de Allende, where I took a week-long intensive painting workshop with my favorite artist, who is now a friend and mentor! I built relationships there that will last a lifetime and my paintings have really evolved into how I’ve always wanted to paint.”
