Summer has arrived!
July has arrived, and boy has that Texas heat descended on all of us here! I have had a wonderful time connecting with family and friends during the summer, especially this past 4th of July holiday.
It has been such a pleasure expanding our class offerings at our space on Cole Ave. Some of our upcoming classes this month include Meditation Tuesdays, Sound Bath Fridays, Yoga Nidra, and Chair Tai Chi! We are also having our first Saturday class this month, with Taylor Wesley teaching a Yoga Nidra class on July 16th! You can reserve your spot by Venmoing @Taylor-Wesley $15. Upcoming Events to Look Forward to
Yvonne’s Reiki Trainings continue to provide her much joy and help her spread the word about Reiki! If you weren’t able to join her in her previous trainings and are interested in learning more about this incredible healing modality, then the time is NOW to sign up for her Level 1 July training (7/30 & 7/31). Yvonne’s Reiki Trainings are assisted by Sarah Shelby and cost $535. To learn more contact Yvonne!
July 8th and 22nd we will have Leah take you on a meditative sound bath journey. At this time we only have space in our July 22nd class. Sign up while spots are still available! Each class will start at 6:30 pm and will last for 30 minutes. Plan to register at www.LeahHeals.com. We can’t wait to share this experience with you!
Every Tuesday night in the July, Joseph Maul will be continuing to host a meditation class at 6:30 pm at our space on Cole Ave. In June he focused on “Letting Go” and in this month his will be focusing on a Chakra Meditation! To reserve your spot you will need to pay Joseph Maul through his Venmo @JosephMaul. This is a 1 hr. meditation class with a 30 minute meditation and group share before and after the meditation. You won’t want to miss this! Reserve your spot now!
For the first time at our space on Cole Ave. we will be having Nanci teach a Chair Tai Chi class that will take place on both July 6th and July 20th at 6:30 pm! Nanci is also our resident hynotherapist and we are happy to have her back showcasing her Tai Chi talent. Reserve your spot by Venmoing @Tory-Saks, as spots are limited!
Kristin is back in the month of July teaching her Yoga Nidra classes at our space on both July 11th and July 18th at 6:30 pm Venmo @Kristin Goss Dogma Soul to reserve your spot! Each class is $20 and space is limited.
