Flower Essence of the Month ~ mugwort
Flower essences are liquid extracts used to address profound issues of emotional well-being, soul development, and mind-body health. They are part of an emerging field of subtle energy medicine, which also includes homeopathy, acupuncture, color therapy, therapeutic touch and similar modalities.
The flower essence for the month is Mugwort which brings nurturing warmth and expansion for the body and soul.

This month Sean is back at The 203 Uptown for a 30 minute sound bath class on Wednesday, March 15th at 6:00 pm. Yvonne will be a part of the Releasing Toxic Habits Workshop on Sunday, March 19th from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm at V12 Yoga. This will include Reiki healing and sound. Check out V12 Yoga’s website here to sign up and learn more about this healing workshop.
Join Joseph right after the Spring Equinox on the new moon for a meditation on Tuesday, March 21st at The 203 Uptown at 6:30 pm.
