Flower Essence of the Month ~ GREEN NICOTIANA
Flower essences are liquid extracts used to address profound issues of emotional well-being, soul development, and mind-body health. They are part of an emerging field of subtle energy medicine, which also includes homeopathy, acupuncture, color therapy, therapeutic touch and similar modalities.
The flower essence for the month is Green Nicotiana to help with the awareness of the heart beat of the Mother Earth, coming into alignment with the breathing pulse of not only ourselves but also Mother Earth.
Crystal of the Month ~ AQUAMARINE
This month’s crystal spotlight for May is Aquamarine! This crystal helps us to gain insight, truth, and wisdom. It can be used to help calm the mind, nerves, and anxieties.

Lane is back at The 203 Uptown this month to bring you another Self Defense workshop this month! Join Lane on Sunday, May 21st from 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm to learn to ground oneself, redirect aggression, release oneself from grabs/holds, and how to safely strike an opponent. Yvonne and Sarah are back at The 203 Uptown for Reiki Level 1 Training happening on June 3rd from 10 am - 5 pm and June 4th from 10 am - 4 pm. The cost of this 12 hour training is $535.00.
