Flower Essence of the Month ~ calendula
Flower essences are liquid extracts used to address profound issues of emotional well-being, soul development, and mind-body health. They are part of an emerging field of subtle energy medicine, which also includes homeopathy, acupuncture, color therapy, therapeutic touch and similar modalities.
The flower essence for the month is Calendula. Calendula helps wounds heal faster and also improves skin hydration and firmness.
Crystal of the Month ~ pink quartz
This month’s crystal spotlight for May is Pink Quartz. Quartz is known as “Universal Crystal” because of its innumerable uses and powers. This crystal helps enhance perseverance and patience in others and teaches us to live in peace and harmony.

The Energetic and Focus Pose for May is Butterfly. This pose improves flexibility and helps reduce tension. This is an ideal pose for people with tight hips and individuals who sit a lot during the day.

The Reiki Share Mentorship Program is back at The 203 Uptown on Sunday, May 19th from 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm. Plan to Zelle $50 to Yvonne directly by May 15th at 650-743-9529. This is a great way to practice Reiki and connect further to both your practice and the modality. You must have completed Yvonne’s Level 2 Reiki Training to attend. Join Yvonne & Sarah on Thursday, June 20th at The 203 Uptown as we say farewell to Spring and welcome the Summer. Yvonne and Sarah want you to mark your calendar for another Reiki Level 1 training happening at The 203 Uptown the weekend of August 17th & 18th (specifically from 10 am - 5 pm on Saturday and 10 am - 4 pm on Sunday.) Once you have completed Level 1 of Reiki Training, then you are ready to go deeper with the power of Reiki for Yvonne and Sarah’s Level 2 Training taking place the weekend of September 21st and 22nd at The 203 Uptown.
